  • Part Availability: If the part you ordered isn't immediately available, it will take extra time before it can be shipped.
  • Payment Verification: Sometimes, the payment doesn’t go through in this case the order can’t be assembled.
  • Shipping Address Issues: If there's a problem with your address (e.g. it's incomplete or incorrect), we will need to contact you to fix it before shipping.
  • Unexpected Issues: Rarely, unforeseen problems like technical glitches or extreme weather can cause delays.

Actions You Can Take If You Have An Account

1. Check Your Order Status: Log in to your RRR.LT account and go to your order history to see its current status.

2. Review Your Confirmation Email: Make sure all the details in your order confirmation email are correct, especially your shipping address.
