At RRR.LT, we offer a variety of delivery options to get your spare parts to you efficiently.

We understand it can be disappointing if we don't currently ship to your country. We're working hard to expand our delivery options in the future.

Please note that you can find some parts posted on our platform on our eBay account, which offers more flexible shipping options.

Available Delivery Methods

  • Home Delivery via Courier: Choose your preferred courier service for delivery directly to your door. Please note that for parcels over 31.5 kg, the courier may request assistance with unloading.
  • Delivery to Self-Service Parcel Terminals/Collection Points: Convenient pick-up at your chosen location. Parcels are held for 5 calendar days. Please be aware that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the seller.
  • On-Site Pick-Up: Available at the seller's warehouse location within the country. You will receive confirmation when your parcel is ready for collection.

Delivery Times and Tracking

  • After payment, the seller will pack your order  and hand it to the courier.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel's journey once it’s handed over to your chosen shipping partner.
  • For orders with multiple items from different sellers, parcels will arrive separately.
  • You will receive an email (and, in some cases, SMS) notification when your parcel reaches your chosen self-service terminal or collection point.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Seller's country

If you order items from multiple sellers, you will be able to choose different delivery methods and view the total cost at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Please carefully inspect the parcel upon delivery.
  • Refuse if Damaged: If you notice damage, we recommend refusing the parcel.
  • Report Damage: Notify the courier or pick-up point staff to complete a Packaging Damage Report.
  • Photograph Damage: Take multiple photos of any damage and the outside packaging.

After Acceptance: If you accept a damaged parcel without noting the damage, it will be considered delivered undamaged. However, if you find damage after unpacking, photograph it and contact our Customer Support.

Important Notes

  • Parcels left at self-service terminals will be returned after 5 calendar days.
  • On-site pick up is only possible after you have received confirmation that the parcel is ready.
  • We only deliver to mainland European Union.
