Damaged Goods in Transit: What to Do

 

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes items can be damaged during transit. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect the Package Upon Delivery

Carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage before accepting it from the carrier. Look for dents, tears, crushed corners, or any other indications that the contents may have been damaged. 

2. Refuse Delivery (If the package is Damaged)

If you suspect the contents are likely damaged beyond use, you have the right to refuse delivery. Inform the carrier that you are refusing the package due to damage and contact our Customer Support immediately.

3. Accept Delivery and Document Damage (If Damage is Minor or You've Already Accepted the package)

If the damage to the package seems minor, or if you've already accepted the delivery, carefully open the package and inspect the contents. Take photos of the following:

  • The damaged package (exterior)
  • The damaged items (showing the extent of the damage)
  • Any packaging material that may have contributed to the damage

Next, kindly fill out the Return Form. Once you submit the form, we'll email you detailed return instructions. To enjoy free returns, please follow our provided shipping method. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns made outside of our process.

If the courier does not arrive to collect your package within the 2 business days after the return form is filled out, please inform us.

We will inform you once the package is returned to the seller.

Shattered Glass

If you receive a shipment with shattered glass, please do the following:

  • Do not handle the broken glass: For your safety, avoid handling the broken pieces.
  • Take photos: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging (outside and inside) and the broken glass.
  • Contact support: Contact our Customer Support team immediately, providing your order number and the photos, so we could take care of the rest.
